      tasks and handwriting

  • Home skills like routines, cooking and chores

  • Community skills like money, road safety and shopping​

  • Understanding how to play and interact with others

  • Learning how to manage emotions

  • Getting ready to look for work.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational Therapists work with children and young adults to build their skills in everyday occupations. This includes school, home, work and play! We work with people to understand what they would like to be able to do and provide them with support to overcome obstacles to achieve their goals.
