Experience:
I joined Independent Kids and Adults (IKAA) in mid-2020, drawn by my long-standing passion for the allied health sector. What began as a role in administration quickly evolved into a broader leadership position, and I proudly stepped into the role of Practice Manager in late 2021.
My professional experience spans small business, corporate, and government settings, including sectors such as hospitality, real estate, government services, and telecommunications.
Across these roles, I’ve developed strong capabilities in customer service, operational support, team coordination, and conflict resolution—skills that continue to serve me well in a dynamic and client-focused environment like IKAA.
What I love about my work:
Supporting others to thrive - whether it’s our clients or my colleagues - is what drives me. I find real meaning in creating a workplace culture where people feel valued, heard, and empowered to be their best selves.
I feel privileged to be part of an organisation that places such a high value on inclusiveness, diversity, and community impact. Every day, I’m inspired by the passionate and creative team I work alongside, and I take great pride in contributing to the positive changes we help bring to the lives of individuals and families.
