Therapy Assistants
Therapy Assistants work with children and young adults in delivering a therapy plan set by your therapist. They provide intensive support to achieve goals. Our therapy assistants can work in your home, school or childcare.
Our Therapy Assistants will:

Work to a therapy plan set by your therapist

Provide you with regular update reports

Regularly liaise with your Therapist to discuss your therapy plan

Experience:
I have been a Behaviour Support Practitioner for almost 12 months. Prior to joining IKAA I was a high school learning support teacher and also have spent some time as a curriculum officer or students with disability, within the Department for Education Children and Young People.
What I love about my work:
I love to collaborate with clients, families and their supports, finding opportunities that can make a difference to increase wellbeing and quality of life.
