Hi, my name is Matt. 

 

I have worked supporting individuals with a disability since I left school. I completed A degree at the Australian Catholic University in 2002, and then completed my Masters in Disability and Rehabilitation in 2015. I have worked in residential settings, employment support, vocational training and advocacy, in Tasmania, NSW and Victoria. I have also volunteered in the disability sector in Kenya.

 

I truly believe that all individuals with a disability are able to contribute to the community, and should be given support, training and encouragement to do so. Providing people with these opportunities and witnessing their personal development is the motivator for me as I work in this sector.
