Alison Kelly

Hi my name is Ali.

I have been a permanent teacher in NSW for the past 22 years. During this time I have had experience teaching children from Prep to Year 6 including roles as a Librarian and Learning Support teacher. I have been successful in my career to fulfil the roles of Assistant Principal and Principal on a relieving capacity.

I originally trained at the University of Canberra but have spent the majority of my career teaching in Sydney. I am strongly committed to enhancing the physical, emotional, social and educational development of children and am always keen to upgrade my qualifications and skills. My employment at IKOT allows me to utilise my past experiences and skills to assist clients to achieve their identified goals using a variety of approaches and resources that suit the individual.

Some of my personal interests involve travelling and exploring new places. I also enjoy trying new restaurants and cooking new recipes for my family and friends. Whenever I have a moment spare, I can always be found at the beach with my family and my dog, Walter.

I feel very lucky to be part of such a dedicated and caring team here at IKOT.
