Experience:
I started Independent Kids and Adults in 2008. Since then it has grown into a diverse and talented team dedicated to making a difference. Before establishing the organisation, I worked with young children in New South Wales and London, gaining valuable experience as a paediatric occupational therapist. Additionally, I spent time as a project manager within the Tasmanian Government, further strengthening my skills in leadership and program development.
What I love about my work:
I love working with our team and our clients. It’s a privilege to witness people grow and navigate different stages of life. My work brings me immense joy—we celebrate not only the successes of our clients, but also those of each other as a team.
